How early can you arrive at your resort and check in? I know my room won't be ready, but I would like to get my KTTW cards with tickets attached and head out to the parks.

You should be able to check-in as early as 7am. Disney now offers a mobile room ready notification. They can send you a text or voice message when your room is ready. Let them know when you check-in which you would prefer and give them a cell phone number.
