Check-In Questons

My parents will be staying at FW 1/8-1/13 and we are staying at OKW. My first question how does check-in work if you have a camper? Do you park and go in or is there drive thru stations. Also, if you do on-line checking is there a line for on-line check in people? This is new to us and want to make sure they know how it works. Thanks

We've never done on-line check-in. We line up with the other campers, and if it's a really long line, I'll sometimes run inside and check in there if I can do it faster. Otherwise we just check in when DH pulls up to the front of the line.

They don't have a on-line check in only line you still have to wait in line.. However we have found that doing on-line check in gets you in faster once you get to the kiosk,,(at least that has been our experience)

we did online check in. took about 5 minutes start to finish. the people in front of us took about 10 min

Definately do the online check in. It is a lot faster.
Also, depending on how crowded it is when you check in, look for a lane that has one of those moveable signs that has "On Line Check In" written on it. The sign will be out in one of the lanes (usually the last left lane being used). and it will go about 5 times faster than the others.

When I was in the outpost building last week thwere was a desk set upo witha sign saying ONLINE CHECKIN. One family was there for longer than it took me to go through the Consierge line for a card correction. Don't know all of what they were doing, but one member kept asking some family member if it was worth it to rent a cart.
