Check-in Question...

My parents and my family will be checking into OKW on Nov. 3rd. We arrive around noon but my parents will be there at 9am. Will they be able to check-in without me (the DVC owner) there? They are both listed on the reservation. Hoping this is allowed!!

Yes, they will be able to check in without you.

Anyone over 18 that is listed on the reservation may check in. They can either get all the keys and give you yours later, or leave yours to be picked up at the desk.

Of course,there is no guarantee that the room will be ready at 9 am, but you already know that.

Just have them ask guest services to hold their luggage and they will be happy to so they can enjoy their day until it is ready.
