Check In Question

Hello all! I am very excited to say that I just booked my very first stay at FW campground. I was wondering if everyone in our party must check in together? My son and his friend are meeting us there and will be arriving much later than the rest of us. Will I be able to get their KTTW for them?Thanks!

If you have on your reservation there shouldnt be a problem, also remember they may have to park in the overflow as there wont be room for more than one vehicle (car) per campsite..

Waiting also for the answers. I did the same and the kids fly in later that night. I'm hoping they can park their car at the site as I don't pull a tow car so just me and the MH.

Last year we checked in and got all the room keys at one time. My duaghter and grandchildren came in a day or two later by ME. I drove down and picked them up. I'm sure a CM would have taken them to the site if I didn't pick them up. Her bags were also deliver to the site later that day.

That should not be a problem either. I would tell them at check-in and get an extra parking pass for the car so if they use it to go to the parks they will not have to pay to park as they are onsite guest.

We also have a son who is coming late. My DH and I are driving down with our TT. Our son will be flying down the next day. When I made the ressie they said to make sure we called them with his flight number once he gets it so he could be scheduled for the Magical Express. If you son/friend are flying make sure they remember to do this.
