Leaving in a couple days for a quick stay at the Dolphin. Planning on arriving super early (like 6 am) and walking over to Epcot, coming back later to check in. Will I have any problem parking in the Dolphin's parking lot that early? Will I be able to leave luggage with the resort (don't want it sitting in the hot car).

I’ve stayed there recently. I arrived around 9 am. I actually went inside to check in but not sure I needed to in order to be able to park as you can just take a ticket as you enter. I had intended to leave my luggage at bell check but it wasn’t necessary as I was actually able to get into my room. But I wouldn’t plan on that happening. I’ve also stayed pretty late after checkout. I just kept my room key and used it to exit the parking lot.

I recently stayed at the Swan. The self-park did not have an attendant on duty on entry. I just took a ticket. On exit I charged to the room.

You could also valet park. I would assume that someone would always be available.

We arrived early 8ish and dropped our luggage off at bell services when we stayed at the Swan. IF you check in on their app, they will notify you when your room is ready. Who knows, it might be ready early. Have fun!

Maybe a stupid question but is bell services located outside of the building or do you go into the lobby to check luggage?

You may get a better answer here, but I'm going to guess "both". There is probably a desk outside and inside. If you don't see anyone outside then I would wonder inside. If no one is at the Bell Service desk there, ask someone at the check-in counter.

There will likely be people standing around here waiting to help you

Either. A bellhop will generally be available to help get luggage out of your car. If your room is available they'll take it to your room if not to storage.

If you roll your own bags into the resort, and your room isn't available, you roll them over to bell services desk to check them

Epcot doesn't open that early so there is no reason you can't check into the resort first.

My sister had bought her park ticket through the Dolphin reservation and they had to activate the tickets before she could use them.

No worries about parking, their parking is open to anyone you just get a ticket and pay when you leave. Bell services is inside if you park first, if you drive to the entrance, they are also at the curb so you can drop your luggage off and tell them you are checking in and then go park your car. I've had my room ready as early at noon and as late at 5 or 6 so you never know. I always just go to the front desk to let them know I'm there in case they can find a room. As PP said, Epcot won't be early so won't hurt to go ahead and check in.

The bell service desk is inside at the Swan. It's literally around the corner after you enter hotel lobby. So, not too far to drop your things off.
