We are staying at the BCV next week and have a room preference .If you check in on line are the chances of getting a room request good .Can you ask to change the room if you are not happy.

I am wondering the exact same thing! We are checking in to BCV on 9/9 and I want to try and get our 2BR to be close to my brother's 1BR. I'm thinking my chances of that are better if I request it at check-in, rather than checking in online. Anyone with experience?
