Anyone else wonder how many of the 15 dis winner are actually legit?? I mean...there's got to be a few weirdo or bored people out there who are on here....just sayin.

Oh, I'm guessing all of us are bored weirdos who are completely illegit about winning. It's all a scam. They haven't chosen any names yet. Good luck.

If they feel the need to lie, it's on them one of 2 things will happen, the will be getting a free trip or they will be staying home

Thanks! Yes, she is very lucky for sure. We only got to go to Chicago when I was in high school. She is paying most of the way her self. She has been saving all her birthday and Christmas money and even passed on a sweet 16 party and requested all the money go toward her trip. She still has quite a bit of saving to do but I know she can do it! Plus we are still helping out here and there. Just wish I could go with her. I am soooooo jealous.

The good news is, I did win. I am not here to brag or make others feel bad. I just wanted to share with others the joy of winning one of the prizes. And I have to say that the people who have been on this thread have been extremely positive.

And on another note....You have triplets? GOD Bless YOU!!!!

Hi,

I thought I would join the DISboards after being a reader of the boards for a while. I was informed by phone that I had won the Disney One More Day Sweepstakes for the February 7th drawing (I think that was the date). I was entering by text. I actually heard while I was on a special Valentine's Disney trip! It was so crazy!!!

I think we are choosing DL and I want to bring my parents since they have never been to DL. I was reading the wording for the DL trip rules and I was worried because it almost sounded like they might not put you up in an on property resort. However, I thought that seemed like it would be really strange since it is a Disney contest. Thank goodness after reading everyone's posts to find out that they do put you in one of the 3 DL resorts for your trip.

I'm so excited! I'm not good at waiting since I am a planner. I'm sure I'll go crazy until I hear from DL to start planning my trip.

I'm inclined to believe everyone's telling the truth and we really do have 15 winners. And like others have said, it's their loss if they're lying. We all can prove it with the letters and such that we've gotten, I'm just awaiting my WDW letter

You have a shot at winning, just like everyone else that enters. I've never won anything like this and it was a real shock to receive a phone call congratulating me. I always enter contests and never win, however, this is the first time that I actually made a point to enter ever day. I used my phone's calendar and sent a reminder to myself so that I would enter by text every day.
