Congrats!! I'll update my winners list when I get home from school. In the meantime, how were you entering, online, text, or both? Did you know before FedEx showed up? Was it just you entering?

Thank you to all the DISers. I've loved reading through the
thread, especially the Fed Ex stories!
We are in California and go to DL every year, so we really want to go
to WDW.
I entered online only and was the only one entering in my home.
I've never won anything big, so I was dumbfounded when Fed Ex
delivered the Affidavit. (no pre phone call)
I won on Jan. 20th.
Fed Ex came Jan 25th.
I Fed Exed Affidavit back and same day (27th) received Email, Congratulations! You are a Grand Prize winner!
Feb. 1 received Email asking my choice of DL or WDW.
We picked WDW and Emailed right back.
I haven't heard anything else.
I've been quietly going NUTS!

I've tried entering both this morning and this afternoon and keep getting an error. I hope that it works at some point today. I need all the chances I can get! Plus I've made my mom start entering too. I heard a truck outside about an hour ago and literally ran to the front window. Just my neighbor getting furniture delivered. We got a questionnaire to fill out. I got the wrong one, so I have to wait for DL to send it to me. On a bright note for you WDW people, the guy who signed our letter is very nice and knowledgeable.

We got our questionnaire to fill out with the names of people we'll be taking with us, the closet airport, travel dates and blackouts. The list of hotels to choose from and we can rate them in our order of preference!! It's looking like a NICE trip! Also it included the list of tours that we can select.

I'm curious - was the questionnaire about your specific choices for your trip, like top 3 resorts, which option of the photopass/tour/shopping spree, etc. that you wanted, who was going on the trip and that kind of stuff, or was it more general about you and you WDW interests?

WOO HOO! I can't believe we already have 11 winners... still entering every day myself and I finally got my dad entering too starting last week. Usually I'm the one who enters the Disney contests, but I made him enter this one with me.

It asked who was going, black out dates that seems to be the most popular times like school vacations (not summer) and Christmas, we can pick 3 dates and they will chose. It has a list of all the deluxe hotels and asked us to number in order of preference. They asked if we wanted to extend our stay or needed more rooms and whether we want to stay in value, moderate or deluxe for our extra nights. Asked which airport we are going to leave from and what time of day do we want to fly. Then it asked about the enhancements and listed to tour choices. That's about it!

It's pretty much everything that they need to know for booking our trip! I was so worried that we weren't going to get additional information until this baby arrives and then REALLY who has time to plan a trip (make important decisions) with a newborn and 3 year old.

Can you share any details about blackout dates, specific hotels and tours? Those of us that are living this trip vacariously through the winners need details please.
