Check in @ BCV

I have a two part question. Is there a separate check in for the BCV from the BC? Also, since this is our first time back in 10yrs with our DD4yrs we thought some one said that you need to have your picture taken for your resort ID/Key card? Is this true? If so how long does it take to check in? We will be there before 8am on fri so we can get to the parks. Do you think we will need more time. We don't care if we can't get into our room at that time. Thanks for the help in advance.

The check in desk is the same for the Beach Club resort and Beach Club villas, photo is not required.
