There are a few onboard events (special character gatherings, teas, and breakfasts) that can't be booked until Online Check-in starting 30 days before the cruise, but all excursions and adult activities are bookable earlier.

Thanks for letting me know that. Was this started with Covid? I don't remember the character meets being a separate booking window.

Yes. Pre-Covid, online check-in opened at the same time as activity booking, so everything could be done at the same time. When cruises restarted, online check-in was moved to 30 days before sailing, as was booking for character meets.

I don’t see any character breakfast on the Fantasy (checked under dining and onboard fun). I do see the ‘Royal Gathering’ can be booked 30 days out (we are 64 days out).
