Check in and Express pass?

We're from the UK and are taking a night out from our LBV stay to spend a night in Royal Pacific.
I know we can check into the room at 4pm but are we able to drive over, check in and leave our bags in the morning so that we can take advantage of the Express passes on the first day or do we have to wait until 4pm?

We have done this and made rope drop for early entry. Checked in and got room keys around 6:30 AM.

You will not be the only people checking in early, dropping your bags off, and heading to the parks. Your room probably won't be ready, but you get your room keys (they're your Express Passes).

I usually fly in on a red eye so check in by 7:00am. No problem leaving luggage and picking up room key.
