I love the cheat sheets what to ride when from easywdw and am now looking for something similar for Universal. Is there anything out there like that. I have touring plans but that's more of an actual touring plan. I'm looking for something less structured. I'm going midAugust THNX

I just use the light up board signs in the park that show present wait times

And there is a site by UO you could pull up on your phone

Well there was a site but haven't used it in Awhile

I stay onsite and use the ep lines

Are you staying onsite?

If so ride the potter boy stuff in the mornings and then work your way around in a circle. Late at night is often lower crowds too. Other than that.... Not much planning needed. If you won't have EP despicable me might be a good one to ride as you're coming into the park early morning too.

This year you'll have to take into consideration Kong and the reopening of Hulk. Kong might be a good starting point at IOA then go back towards the potter boy then start your circle.

Download the Universal app and just watch the wait times before you go on your trip so you know what to expect a week, or just days before you go into the park. That is what I did before I got my annual pass, I still look at the wait times from time to time, just to get an idea of what it's like, even when I do not have any plans. That way I have a general idea on how things are. Also, you get an idea of what is the most popular rides, regardless of how busy it might be.

But honestly, if you wanna idea of what to hit first? All of HP, new rides like Transformers, and popular kid rides like Flight of the Hippogriff, Minions, or Pteranodon Flyers (if you have kiddos). That way you get it before it gets crazy, or something I like to do, is ride things that require a locker to put all your belongings since a few rides (Hulk, RRR, and Dragon Challenge) you literally have to put everything on you (yes, everything in your pockets) in a locker, because even if the ride wait time is low, getting a locker can be a struggle. Also, single riders is a blessing, so if you're alone, or your party doesn't mind spitting up and meeting after the ride, do that. Less of a wait time.
