cheapest way to get from DL to Knotts Berry?

What is the cheapest way to get from a Disneyland hotel (Quality Inn and Suites) to Knotts Berry? I know it is not very far and wonder if a taxi divided by 4 people would be the cheapest and easiest?

If I remember right it's about either 7 miles or 7 mins. Depending on cab rates(i'm not sure in Cal.) In town (tucson it's $2.25 @ flag drop $1.25 /mile ) It's really a short hot.

There's also the MTA 460 bus (See http://disboards.com/showthread.php?p=11865295#post11865295 and http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1055940) but dividing a taxi 4 ways might be cheaper/faster/more convenient.

I'd go with the taxi route. The ride really is short, and you don't want to have to deal with our transit system. Door to door service is well worth it for a few of my dollars.

Thanks for the advice. They decided to go with the taxi. They are at DL now and will go to KB on Sat before they have to fly home again. Lucky college students. I wish I were there with them!
