Cheapest time of year for Safari Room or Cabin?

Hello everyone! I'm new to this board and would like some help. I've got two Disney trips on my bucket list, an Animal Kingdom Safari room and a Fort Wilderness cabin. I'm a Florida resident but not a member of the Disney Vacation Club. My question is, what is the cheapest time of year for each of those options. Thanks so much!
