Ive read the other thread but with no Kroger around. Does anyone know if the $31 off tickets on ebay are legit?

I'd be nervous about ebay.
My guess is that you might find something $5-10 off per ticket if you check around. Sometimes universal does a nice web only discount on their site. They are running a deal for free tickets for military and family through March, if that applies.
With Harry Potter opening, they may be tougher to find after March.

Kroger tickets wouldn't be good for you anyway tho they might actually be cheaper than a 1 day 2 park ticket with the new prices.
