Im looking to book an extra couple of weeks at WDW but would like to go when its the cheapest time. We are currently going in July so any other month would do. Its a surprise for my DW.

I believe that the two quietest times of year are meant to be immediately after Thanksgiving (very end Nov- early Dec) and immediately after Presidents Day (late Feb).

However, Disney is pretty incredible at making itself busy all year round, and just because those are the quietest times may not mean they are cheaper. You may just find that there are some extra offers around EG free dining offers or ticket extensions.

Do a few searches on the room booking site and see if you can spot any dips in prices - I would think that if they exist they may be straight after American public holidays.

Good luck!

I think September can offer the greatest value.

Hot weather (with less rain & humidity than summer months)
Halloween decorations & the parties
Free dining
Cheap flights

This would be our perfect time to go in terms of value for money and weather- sadly - school time does not allow us to go this time on a regular basis

I would think that Jan/Feb time is one of the cheapest times to go, not sure what the weather would be like though.
