All of the Disney moderates are the same price (standard rooms), except CSR, which is $5 more per night. For that $5, you get queen beds instead of doubles, a fitness center and salon, and room service. Water view and preferred rooms cost more than standard rooms at each resort.
We prefer CSR by a long way - we love the theming and the queen beds, and our kids love the pool, slide and playground. My recommendation for you would depend on who is in your group. POFQ is the smallest in case anyone has mobility issues. POR has the best food court if that matters. CBR has a great zero entry pool and pirate or Nemo themed rooms. POR and POFQ offer a boat to Downtown Disney. CBR's rooms are slightly larger than the other mods.
The Ft. Wilderness cabins are also technically considered moderates, but they are in a class by themselves. They cost more but offer room for six and a kitchen.
