What is the cheapest flight to Orlando? Not looking until March 10th, should i buy tickets in advance or wait? Thanks

I generally use www.Kayak.com to see the airlines' different prices (except for Southwest). If you like Southwest, you can buy now, then if the price lowers, you can change your ticket and get a voucher for the price difference good towards a future flight (you never get it back as a refund, and I think at this point, each amount is "credited" towards each ticket holder, not just the person who paid for the tickets). If you go with other airlines, I'd watch the prices for a while, then purchase when you feel they're at a lowpoint for you. I'm sure the moment you press "purchase", the prices will drop - at least that's been my experience. I just purchase them as long as their affordable to me - I'd rather have the tickets purchased, then lose out on the time/flight I wanted because I was waiting for a lower price.

Southwest isn't showing that date yet, but they should be putting them up pretty soon.
As of today, Mar 9 is the last day they have fares posted for purchase.

Great advice, and I'd also include checking Bing.com/travel -- enter your dates and airports, and uncheck the "Compare Search" boxes, then it'll tell you whether it predicts prices are going to go up or down. Then I'd suggest signing up for an email alert on AirfareWatchdog, and they'll let you know when airfare's on sale for your route.

I use Booking Buddy for my "someday" trip...but it works on the same premise with an email alert!
