Cheapest days to fly?

Hey eveyone, we are now able to take advantage of the free dining plan and our dates are pretty flexible as we just found out that my DD school will not start until after Labor Day this year. So my question is, what are the best days to plan a trip so that I can watch for great rates at the airlines?
Any experience you can share, I would appreciate.

First of all, download DING! from SWA's website if you haven't already.

On DING! I've noticed that the best specials seem to come up for Tuesday and Wednesday travel. I wish I could take advantage of those days, because it would save me about 40% off my Saturday and Sunday tickets I had to get.
