Cheap Tickets

Can someone tell me the pluses and minuses of booking AKL through cheap tickets and not directly through Disney?
Any good/bad experiences with cheap tickets?

Plus - it's often cheaper.

Minus - everything goes through Cheaptickets (requests, changes, etc). Once you get the Disney reservation number from CT and you link it to MDE it's pretty much the same.
