Just writing to agree with Talking Hands. No discount is available at WDW for people with disabilities or their families.
If you are planning to go to SeaWorld, check their website. They do give a discount, but I belieive you have to ask for it beforehand.

Seaworld and busch do discounts, but these are only on tickets bought on the actual day(not in advance),Universal/IOA also do discounts.
