I see you've already ordered - hope it turns out great. I just wanted to follow up on the stone falling out story. I bought my Diamonique ring to wear to horse shows. Anybody who know much about horseshowing knows it can be rough on your jewelry.
We use a wagon, but you still have to handle the feed, hay bales, bales of stall shavings. etc. Then there's saddle pads and saddles, not to mention banging your ring on the trailer, stall, or whatever else happens to get in the way. The worst thing that I've had happen with mine is that one of the prongs got caught on something and bent. I used some pliers and pulled it back into place - can't tell at all.
Even with all that hard use, I cannot begin to tell you the number of people who have had a fit over my ring. Truth is, it really is beautiful, even after all of that.
