Cheap Poncho's

I find them at Dollar Tree 2 for $1 by the check out counters. They're perfect for a quick shower but if it's a constant rain I prefer my Disney Parks one that's thicker.

Anyone have suggestions on the best place to buy poncho's. I want to buy them before we get to disney, and figured this was the best place of ask. Thanks in advanced

Do you have a Staples store in your neck of the woods ? If yes, I just saw rain ponchos there, solid yellow color, in the side isle bins where there were $1 items. They had a ton of them, $1 a piece.

I stock up on the 2 for $1 at the Dollar Store. Like others have said they are really just a one day poncho bc they are pretty cheap but when they rip I don't feel bad tossing them in the trash. We carry them in a ziploc bag in our backpack. If it is a quick rainshower, we take them off and put them back in the bag in case we need them later.

We were in WDW on a very rainy day last year (rained from 8am to 9 pm nonstop) and our Dollar Store ponchos lasted the day and kept us all dry!

And that is the problem - I hate a throw away world. All those plastic raincoats in landfills. I prefer one I can use again and again.

I dug out our Mickey ponchos this week, but only found 4... So, headed to Walmart, found the .88 clear ponchos in the camping department, and bought 2. After rethinking all of it, I'm gonna head back, buy at least 5 more (they're only as big as a small wallet and about 1/2 thick folded up) and save those for our days at Universal. And if we don't need them? I love the fact that we can always share. I'll throw them in our bag if it's raining at Disney, and voila..I can pass one or two along! What fun that'd be!
