cheap park tickets

Sign up for the newsletter at mousesavers dot com.

It comes out I believe the 15th of every month (I'm not sure if you sign up now, if it would get to you this month or next...)

In the newsletter will be a special link to Undercovertourist with add'l discounts.

I've ordered here my last 3 trips. Fantastic service, quick shipping. I saved approximately $11 per ticket. That's the best I've found so far.

Be sure when comparing you go all the way to just before paying, many sites add on tax and s/h at the last minute. Undercovertourist is tax included, free shipping unless you need it overnight/fast.

Another :thumbsup2 for undercover tourist, through the mousesavers link!

Plus, be careful, as although you won't save any significant percentage, that is the safest way. Even the military tickets (unless they have a special like the 4 day ticket right now) aren't a huge savings. I've heard of folks looking at other options like Ebay, and to me that is just too risky.

Undercover Tourist is probably the best and safest. However please be aware that you won't save a lot of money. It really is only a few dollars. There is no legitimate place to save a huge amount (20% or more) off of the tickets.

Is there evidence that Undercover Tourist is "safer?" Or is this just opinion?

OfficialTicketcenter.com is an official site sponsor - and the powers-that-be have pretty high standards.

In addition, based on pricing a 7-day park hopper - there's only a $1 difference.

I'm simply suggesting claims shouldn't be made that one is safer than another without evidence.

I have used Uncercover Tourist throught the mousesavers.com link as well. I think the savings is about $100-130 on a 6-7 day park hopper for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). They include tax and shipping so be sure to factor that in when you cost compare!

When posters mention that it is "safer" I think what they mean is that is is a very well known, well established business that many people have used. It is recommended by many travel guides, increasing the "legtimacy" factor. I am a pretty suspicious person and I felt totally comfortable with the process. I ordered my tickets, and they came when promised and they were just as advertised. Definitely be wary of ebay sellers - I have a friend who got burned. I am sure many are reputable, but unfortunately, one bad apple can spoil the bunch, kwim?

If you saved $100-130 on 4 tickets - you got some crazy deal...b/c right now they're only advertising $13-14 off gate price.

I was not suggesting they(undercovertourist) were not legitimate, I was simply suggesting:

1) they're not necessarily safer than officialticketcenter.com
2) Officialticketcenter is also recommended by the Unofficial Guide along with undercover tourist.com
As the guide mentions, UT has a "sweetheart deal" with mousesavers which means...you guessed it, they pay to advertise with them. :0

All places have to be investigated. I guess I, as a frequent/happy customer of officialticketcenter.com, just took issue with the suggestion that one site was the "safest." In this economy, I think businesses need to be "stuck up" for. As for undercovertourist.com.....Well-known: definitely. Good prices: definitely. Safe: definitely. The "safest": no evidence.

I do strongly agree that, with WDW's ticket system, buying tickets off eBay should be avoided at all costs (pun intended).

Thanks for listening.

Let me clarify...I would not say that one reputable ticket broker over another reputable ticket broker is any safer. But rather a REPUTABLE ticket broker that is mentioned in guide books, etc is safer than a fly by night listed on the web or worse, ebay.

As for Undercover Tourist with the Mousesavers link... right now I can save $86.50 on a 6 day pass w/ park hopper option shipped to my home standard delivery. UCT ships free and tax is included. Disney does not include your state's tax or shipping in their rates, so you actually need to go to the shopping cart to get an "apples to apples" comparison. The 100-130 was based on old rate info...sorry for any confusion. Also, if you do not use the link provided by the mousesavers newsletter, you will pay a bit more.

Edited to add: I just checked officialticketcenter.com and I could save $44.30 on a 6 day pass w/park hopper (w/tax & shipping) over regular Disney rates. So, as of THIS moment, UCT has a slightly better rate - although not good enough for someone to change ticket brokers (or stop buying from Disney directly) if they are uncomfortable with the idea!
