Cheap Net Book Question

I found this cheap netbook and wondering if it is worth it. We are looking for one for DD9 and DD7, something for them to have and play around with online, stardoll, email, etc. $99 is a GREAT price, but would I be better off just getting a cheap laptop or other net book.

I would not buy because it is running Windows CE and that is a cell phone operating system and does not support flash.

Low RAM, only 2GB storage, 7" Display...not to mention I've never heard of the processor....in my mind not worth it.

I was thinking for that small of a screen. You could get android tablet with froyo and run number programs the tablet.
