Cheap flights

I am getting a little worried, we are going to WDW in December with a friend and her three boys. We have not booked any flights. We are crossing our fingers for a great DING price out of Buffalo, but we are getting a little worried, that we have absolutely nothing booked. When do the DINGS for DECEMBER usually come out? We plan on going the first week. I would really prefer to fly out of Toronto, but just can't imagine spending all that money. Should we wait for the December Dings or start looking. Can anyone suggest any other cheap carriers (other then AirTran/JetBlue/NWA--I have checked those). Thanks

Seems that Southwest has changed the way they are doing their DING's. In the past, you used to see them much further out from your trip dates. But lately, they've all been for the next month ... we're just starting to see DING's for October lately. Make sure you go to Southwest website and sign up for the email deals as well. I got flights from Buffalo to MCO in December for $54, but have not yet booked our return flights because they're coming up at around $150 right now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

We booked our flights through AirTran and paid $250 round trip (with all taxes and all the other stuff added in). This was Buf-Mco. We wanted much better deals of course, but for us it was the flight times that were important as well. I can't advise on cheap flights, but as long as there are other flights still open that you can book later then it would still be worth waiting. I didn't want several hour layovers and such, so I was willing to pay a little more for direct flights/less than an hour layover.

We're going in Dec as well and haven't booked our tickets yet. There is still lots of time for sales.

Yes, definitely sign up and watch for the email specials as well as the DINGs.

Like MaryLiz, I also got the $54 rate for our trip (got both ways) at the end of November into the beginning of December.

The emails seem to go out on Tuesdays and Fridays.

I got the 54.00 to go to Orlando from Buffalo but I have nothing to come back. I too am waiting for specials and getting concerned.

8th to the 11th here. Just a long weeken for sis's wedding. All the time I can swing.

Staying in family suites with: Mom Dad & family friend. My hubby & daughter can't come. Too much $$
