I have done a bit of searching, the site is owned by Bestprice limited. There is no contact address on the site and it is a very basic site. a Google came up with afew reposes like the one below, I dont think its worth the risk with this one.
Just a warning to those hoping to get cut-rate fares from these
websites, all claiming to be operated by "Bestprice Limited" - there is
a high risk of fraud using these sites. First, upon checkout for your
airline tickets, the site takes your credit card info, then passes you
on to another site, paysat.com, which *again* requests your credit card
info, in its entirety. Paysat itself has a shady record of consumer
complaints.
Then, having collected your card info *twice*, they send you this
email, asking you to wire them money to the "manager, currently on a
business trip in Europe":
