Cheap eats before Illuminations Cruise

Looking for cheap (if thats possible) near Yacht Club before Illuminations Cruise. Don't really want to do Cape May or other expensive eats. What is around the Boardwalk area? Could we go over to Swan or Dolphin? What is in there? Any suggestions? Last time we went to McDonald's.

Beaches and Cream is fairly inexpensive, at least when you compare to Cape May Cafe and Yachtsman Steakhouse.

If you walk over to the Dolpin, there is the Dolpin Fountain, which is similar to Beaches and Cream and Tubbi's buffeteria, which has your basic cafeteria type food.

If you want something quick and easy there are plenty of carts along the Boardwalk with hot dogs, fries, etc, or you could go to Spoodle's pizza window for pizza or calzones.

Thanks for the ideas. I forgot about Beaches and Cream. Can you tell me exactly where it is? Yacht Club or Beach Club? ESPN Club sounds good too.

The Dolphin Fountain is a terrific choice. I think the food is better than Beaches and Cream and the service is much much better. Just my opinion though.

Beaches and Cream is at the Beach Club. but not inside the main building like Cape May. It is on the outside on ground level behind Storm along Bay, the big pool. You cannot reach it from the interior of the BC, you have to walk on the exterior sidewalk.

It can be very busy in the evenings. We love their burgers and go every trip!
