Cheap Disney Post Cards?

Any suggestions on filling many children's requests for post cards plus we both work at nursing homes and would like to send to each resident there. Thought we'd buy individual post cards and send them in one big envelope to each home but that will still prove expensive with each post card. Want to share WDW with tose who can't travel.

I think they had them at the outlet store but I don't remember how much.

Have you thought about making them? There are websites where you can save Disney clipart and use them with postcard making software on your pc and print them off. This would be much more cost effective for the volume you are looking for. If you have any questions, I would be happy to help you. And be sure to use the postcard rate when mailing the postcards in the US! Check the USPS website for minimum and maximum postcard sizes.

You can get Disney related postcards at the outlet stores and possibly at WalMart, since it has a large Disney section. I didn't need that many, so I purchased a booklet of them on site at WDW.

It doesn't cost any more to mail the postcards from WDW (and have a cool WDW stamp on it) than anywhere else, but may take longer to arrive at their destinations, as the drop boxes as WDW are not official USPS boxes. The mail is gathered periodically (some daily, some not) by Disney CMs and incorporated into the USPS system.

The cheapest way to do this would be to purchase pre-postage post cards at your local post office. Stop by the dollar store and buy some Disney character stickers. Decorate your cards at home and complete and mail them from WDW.

You are sooooo smart!!! Sometimes the obvious is right there looking you in the eye, you just need someone smart to shine the light on it!!! Thanks for the suggestion, I for one will be doing this, and how fun for the Dks to help decorate them while on vacation!!!
