My fiance and I are getting married on the 29th of October and we will be at Disney The next day. I am trying to figure out something cheap to do that evening. We are on a very tight budget and we have the rest of the week planned. Keep in mind when your giving me suggestions that our 11 month old son will be with us also (he will actually turn 1 on the 3rd). Thank You!

My husband and I were at Disney for our honeymoon and one of my most favorite memories was just relaxing after a long day at the parks on the Polynesian resort beach splitting a bowl of ice cream and watching the fire works over the castle.:cloud9: and talk about budget friendly, I think the Ice cream was like $7?

^^^^That sounds nice!^^^^ :lovestruc

You could just explore the resort.

You could stroll though DTD.

You could go play "Minnie" golf, though that might be hard with a little one.

You could go explore some of the other resorts.

I don't know if it's offered when you are there but there is the movie and campfire at Fort Wilderness, I forget the name. It is free and basically Chip and Dale are there for pictures, there is a campfire where you can roast marshmellows and following that a movie is shown. It is all done outdoors and something that your little guy would probably love as well.

Congrats!!!

I don't know where you are staying but you could walk around Boardwalk/Beach Club area and just enjoy the atmosphere. The 30th is a saturday and BW on saturday night has lots of free entertainment. "Street" performers (magic, comedy) pops up every now and then, also they have some boardwalk games. You can also walk over to beach club to just play on the sand. I'm not sure, but on a certain day beach club has a movie night on the beach where they set up a screen on the beach area and play a disney movie.
If you're in the Beach club area go to beaches and cream for some ice cream... YUM!
They have ice cream shop at BW too but for some reason the B&C one tastes better to me.

Congrats again and have a magical wedding!!!

You can use the AWESOME $25 certificate that you can get at Restaurant.com for like $2!! There is a minimum $35 purchase, but you will spend that anyhow, with 2 drinks, appetizer and 2 entrees! That's $12 OOP, then $4-5 tip, so dinner for $17!!!:yay:

You can order at restaurant.com, print it and take it with you--Make sure to call ahead and make ressies or at least get on a wait list since you will have the little one with you!

We like to do DTD on our first evening at WDW- It really sets the mood!

Have fun, and CONGRATS!:bride:

I second the suggestion about the Boardwalk area, we go over there many times to just wander, and most of the time end up being able to watch Illuminations, have a goodie from the Boardwalk Bakery and enjoy the entertainment.
