I found Costco or cruise.com to be the cheapest. Call cruise.com, don't just use the quote screen on the website.

I got 6 quotes for our cruise in Aug. 04 and AAA was the cheapest. I imagine it all depends when you are going.

Dreams Unlimited was actually cheapest for me.

I also got several quotes from different places. Originally AAA was the cheapest but I didn't have her put a complimentary hold on the room so when I went back to book it had gone up about $1300 from original price. We then went with DU because theirs beat everybody elses quote. But do check around for the best price and if you are going to think on it a few days be sure and have them put a hold on it, we learned the hard way.
