Cheap, clean hotel for short stay before cruise

We will be arriving late Friday night, plan to spend Saturday at the parks, leaving early Sunday morning for Ohana breakfast and then to port. We are a family of 5. Right now I've narrowed down (I think) to Holiday Inn Resort, Caribe Royale and Best Western Downtown Disney. Any thoughts? Other recommendations?

the Radisson in Lake Buena Vista is very nice and not too pricey.

Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista 8200 Palm parkway is halfway between Universal and Disney, in a good neighborhood surrounded by shops and restaurants, has a living room, kitchen, sleeps 6 and includes a free hot breakfast for everybody for around $70 a night. To get that rate you have to book online and pre-pay. Otherwise the room costs about $20 a night more. They also have a 2 bedroom suite for around $150 a night.
