Cheap clean hotel for 1 late night

We will be staying at WL Dec13-18. We wanted to stay the 19th and have that also booked at WL but it is peak Holiday and for 1 night with tax it is about $440 which is over double what we are paying for the other 6 nights with AAA. I figure we can just pack up our car Friday morning and head to the parks and later that night check in somewhere much cheaper since we will just be sleeping and leaving the next morning. Anyone have a good place they have stayed that is cheap? Thanks so much!

While I haven't stayed there I often read about the Comfort Inn and Suites in
LBV especially through Travelzoo.

Cheap is a relative term. What do you consider cheap? Comfort Suites Main Gate East is nice and you can get a pretty good rate ($69 or $99) depending on the season using the Orlando Magic Card (it's free). Here is the link:

i just got back from a 5-night stay at comfort inn lake buena vista, and i paid less than $50 a night for two of us, for what i consider comfortable, clean accommodations. you might want to give it a shot.
