Cheap calls to USA

I know I have seen this post before but cannot find it

Is there anyway to make cheap calls to WDW for things such as PS?

Check out the tips from Martin Lewis at:

He recomends a call overide provider, you call a number then are asked for the number in the US. They work out at about 2p a minute and is billed to your phone bill. (I dont think it is this cheap from mobiles)

I also have a Tesco internet phone, which is prepay and costs 2p a minute.
