Hi

We had a great time at Disneyland over the NewYear and would like to go back for the May half term.. Only problem is that money is tight and so we want some good quality, cheap accomodation.

We already have annual passes and I am a shareholder so admission costs are covered but I will be travelling with my daughter, son in law, son and grandchildren i.e. 6 in all and 2 hotel rooms are going to be expensive.

Has anyone stayed in any of the cheaper hotels away from the main site or at a campsite with mobile homes?

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome.

We have stayed at Berny Riviere campsite a few times - its a lovely site but about 45mins drive from DLP. I know there are others nearer

Have you considered Davy Crockett Ranch as an option - if you have APs this can work out quite a cheap option as you only pay for the ranch - not per person

Thanks. Berny Riviere would be too far away I think and the Davy crockettt ranch is coming in at over £600 for 4 nights and I was hoping to pay less than that, if possible.

Hi, have you tried a private apartment/house. We are doing this in July school holidays as it works out the best deal for 6 of us. For example amivac.com have a house for 6 people 6km from Disney for 379 euros for May half term week.:goodvibes

We stayed here when I was a child and we found it a great place to stay! We stayed in one of the mobile homes and it was great.... :goodvibes

We stayed at the Hotel PremiereClasse in Bussy St Georges, a 10 min drive away. We paid £140 for 4 of us for 3 nights in January-but you get what you pay for!! The room was clean, but tiny-OK to just sleep in after a long tiring day at the park, but my husband wouldn't stay there again because of the size of the room.

We stayed at Keycamp's Paris Intl park in the summer, probably a 35-40 min drive away, not as good a park as Berny Riviere, but again fine for a 'somewhere to lay your head' place. It was a nice easy journey to the park too.

Good luck with finding your accommodation-there are so many options it always takes me ages to sort out

we have stayed @ Berney twice, and going again in oct!

what about Les Chene Gris site instead ? this is 15/20 mins drive from Disney

we have also stayed @ Adagio aparthotel in Val d'europe, using tesco clubcard deals

we had one with 2 bedrooms (double room & bunk room) and sofa beds in the lounge
