Chatting with disney just now and she said ADR opens online at 7 am EST

Did that recently change? I keep reading on here online ADR is 6 am EST and phone ADR is 7 am EST. I said "I thought online opens at 6 and phone opens at 7 and she said no, both open at 7. I've attached a screenshot of our chat.

I questioned her about that and she said no, both online and phone open at 7 est. I'm so surprised they could mess up on such an important detail.

That's no surprise from what others have posted about receiving incorrect information - for me in the UK we have to factor in time of year because of our clock changing! It gets complicated but it's worth it!

It's very common to get bad information. The folks on the phone lines have likely never even been to Florida, and the folks on chat have probably never even set foot on this continent. Even the "Moms Panel" gives terrible advice on a regular basis.
