It is even cuter to hear DD sing it!
I bet that is hilariously cute!!!

My cousin's little girl used to sing (and apparently act out the video) Billy Ray Cyrus' "Achy Breaky Heart" way back when. She was 3yo, and it was totally adorable watching her do a little hip wiggle.

She, by the way, just graduated HS this year. AAagggggghhhh!!!

The video is actually the beginning of "before he cheats". The truck she destroys is the one they win, and all the people are the same.
I seriously need to see this video!!! :lmao:
Hey, do you think it's on Youtube?

No laughing here, but your 7 yo DD is 3 INCHES SHORTER THEN ME :faint:

Good morning Hyena's!!!

We had a great weekend - our niece, her husband and another nephew came up here and stayed Friday/Saturday. Friday night we sat on our patio and watched the fireworks. It was actually a great view - so good that a bunch of people were parked by our mailbox to watch :sad2:. Saturday we went fishing, I actually caught a huge fish with Alec's spiderman pole that upset DN  . We also played games all weekend and pretty much just relaxed!

Good afternoon hyenas,

It's a busy busy day at work. I got TONS of orders while I was out of the office and I need to process them all today. :faint:

I woke up with a horrible stomach ache at 3:30am. I couldn't sleep and was about to take some stomach meds but ended up running to the bathroom and vomitting. I think I got food poisoning from a monster taco from Jack In the Box. I think I may be allergic to the sauce they put in it. :confused3 It made me break out with small red bumps on my face along with some red marks that look like a rash. I tried taking clarinex but it did absolutely nothing

I have a doctor appointment later today to get a benadryl shot. They said it would help flush out whatever caused the rash and bumps from my system.

If you go to cmt.com and go to loaded videos you can see the real thing.

:scared1: Hope you feel better Pix :goodvibes

I just watched both videos on Youtube. Sweet! I love a good "Don't mess with a woman" kind of story. :thumbsup2 :lmao:

Pixster, it sounds more like the allergic reaction rather than food poisoning. (Food poisoning involves repeated nausea and vomiting. I have never been so sick in my life!) It's probably great that your body got rid of the offending item rather than continued to absorb it. I hope you feel better soon, and that the Benadryl shot does the trick.

I'm pretty sure DS4 is down for nap (this time!), so I'm gonna go grab some lunch. Be back in a bit! :)

I'm baaaack! :yay:

Got a steak sandwich, a few chips and some luscious limeade! :goodvibes

First day of training done! :wizard:

it was an easy basic day of just seeing how the machine works, filling in the flow sheet of his blood pressure and other info.. bunch of paperwork to go thru that kinda thing.

I was CRAAAAABBY!

But then the nurse introduced me to their Keurig coffee machine and showed me all the choices..:yay: :yay:

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I was in love. :lovestruc

Had cappuchino and a good Caribou Coffee (like Starbuck's) ahhhhhhhh I felt much better-- bleary eyed but not nearly as cranky :lmao:

Hubby cramped in the last hour, he was sitting up more than his usual and then decided to recline.. YOUCH! cramps in the stomach. Had to ask the nurse to show us how to add back some fluid (saline) and changed the machine parameters to stop pulling fluid off and just clean the blood.

He wasn't "dry" (typically cramps occur when too much fluid is pulled off, pulling out of the deep tissue spaces and the muscles get unhappy), his blood pressure was in his normals. It was positional, we think the blood had pooled in abdomen as he was sitting up part way, sudden shift to laying flat and BAM the fluid moved into his system.

I got a lil scared duing that .. but realized, this happens to him all the time.. rubbed his feet and helped him thru. This is why you train for three weeks, chance to have problems crop up and learn to deal with while in a safety net.

No training tomorrow, instead he is participating in a medical study and has a whole body work up -- freebie plus get paid-- SWEET!

DEXA bone scan, EKG, non stress test (my BIL just paid $1500 for his -- wasn't covered by insurance), holter monitor.. the works!

Got home and was about to play on the laptop-- weird virus thing popped up.. grrr, spyware! (antivirus 2008, fake program directs you to other sites and forcing you to download their program -- for a fee)

Spent the afternoon running spyware removal programs and now I think I have it fixed. :thumbsup2

Wow! So you have 3 weeks of training at the center, and then you can do it at home?

Oh, and I think Consumers gives Caribou the highest rating for good coffee!! :goodvibes

yep, 3 weeks since he is well-seasoned at dialysis and already has an established access site ("buttonhole" , they placed the needles in the same place during each run, eventually it forms a tunnel.. kinda like a piercing but it has a scab form over it each time. He pulls the scab off with a sterile needle and puts in his "blunts" .. short needles with a beveled edge, large bore, slightly larger than a coffee stir straw. ).

Learning to do your own needle sticks is one of the hardest tasks to learn-- he already has that down pat.

Good evening! I am SOOO tired! But we have SUPER exciting news from the Staley house!!!! I took the girl to her swim lesson today, and she SWAM ACROSS THE POOL!!! All by herself!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: OMG!! I was freaking out!! Really, I almost cried. I couldnt believe it!! Neither could the other mom, or the instructor. It is only her third lesson people!! It was crazy cute! The instructor was holding her tummy, and having her paddle and kick... Then she let her go, and away she went! Then she put floaties on the other 2, but not Mikalah... and the girl just WENT!! It was fantastic! Of course dh missed it, because he stayed home to clean the fish tank. He was PISSED!!:lmao:

Then the instructor told Mikalah she wanted her to jump in the pool and swim to her... Mikalah was like, ummmm... NO. So I told her if she did it, I would buy her some ice cream.. So she did!! Jumped in, and swam to the teacher!:cool1: :cool1: So then we had to go to the grocery store and buy some ice cream..;)

Then we came home, had lunch and chilled til it was time to take the boy to his soccer clinic. We took him, dropped him off with the coach, and I took Mikalah to the nursery and went and worked out... I had been a little disappointed with my results.. Im not loosing weight like I wanted to, and I just didnt feel like I was exercising enough. So I went all out.. now I am feeling it!! I am so SORE!:lmao: GENIUS I tell you!

Then we had Alex's swim lesson.. He did okay, he is swimming a little more with each lesson. but sadly, not like his sister. Frelan has said from the get go that she will be our fish.. and I think he is right. He just wants to concentrate on her swimming... nothing else. I think he has this vision of her going to the Olympics or something. Thats right... after 3 lessons he has it all planned out. :rotfl2:

He sounds just like a very proud, normal Dad. As far as Alex goes...............sometimes it is easier to get little ones going than big ones. The big ones become alot more cautious, while the little ones are still clueless. :rotfl:

And don't get too discouraged on the weight issue. You sound like you are doing great, and all of the sudden you will see a change again. :cheer2:
