We decided to go through vbro and found a great home in Chatham Park that we intend to rent. Is this location close to Disney and Sea World? Also where is the nearest grocery store?
Any info you guys have would be great! Everyone here is always so helpful!
Thanks,
Kimba

need more information - do you have an address of the house that you are renting?

Is it in Kissimmee or St Clermont or Orlando or Lake Buena Vista or St Cloud????

It's says "home is in the 24 hour guarded Chatham Park community 1/2 mile off route 192." That's all I have.

this is not listed in my 2004 Visitor Guide from Kissimmee.

So unless it is in a different city - it is brand new?

Did they give you mile marker on US 192? Kissimmee has set up mile markers to make it easier on the visitors to find their way around the area.

regardless - this will still help you - on to this site

you want the Free vacation planning kit - it is a magazine - but inside the magazine are several maps - detailed on the Kissimee area - but they also include information and guides to get to all the theme parks and areas. Very useful information if you intend to drive in the area.

If no one else answers you - send them an email - they are a visitor bureau website and they should be able to tell you where Chatham Park is - most of US 192 is in Kissimmee.

Chatham Park is a great plave to stay this is taken from a friends web site she has a home there .

It is about twenty fiveminute drive from THE ORLANDO AIRPORT down the Rt 417 and is located a half mile off of Route 192, and Mile Marker 13. Route 192 offers an endless choice of restaurants including Outbacks, Ruby Tuesdays, and TG Fridays. You will also find many factory outlet stores, and 'shop til you drop' in one of our fine shopping malls. For groceries and miscellaneous items, try our WALLMART SUPERCENTER. There is always something here for the children including a McDonalds with Playland on the corner, and Old Town which offers ferris wheel rides, and go-carting.
