Chase Visa photo and rewards

Funny that you say the lines are as long as Character Spot. I always see big posted waits for Character Spot (30-60 minutes) but have never waited long at all at the VISA greet. Last time we never waited more than one group in front of us. And one evening I was even able to go back around a second time and see the alternate set of characters (the photographer thought it was really funny and could see how much I liked meeting them so he made sure to get a picture of mom with Minnie and Pluto -- without the kids).

I guess I just go to the chase one at the wrong time and character spot one at the right time

Dream rewards question: My friend has a Disney Visa but does not go to Disney. She wants to know if she can redeem her dream rewards points for some kind of gift card and give to us to use on our next trip (cruise/in the parks). Any idea if this is possible? Are these rewards card transferrable?

There are two ways she could do this once she has transferred the rewards dollars to a redemption card:

1. She could give you the redemption card.
2. She could purchase a Disney Gift Card using the redemption card and then give you the Gift Card.

Option 2 (if possible for her) would probably be better since the redemption card will be linked to her Disney Rewards account and new ones don't expire.

Why did she apply for a Disney Visa then?
