Chase Ultimate rewards for Universal tickets

Can anyone tell me what's currently available through Chase Ultimate rewards for either Universal tickets or hotel stays? All the posts about one day park to park tickets for 5000 points seem to be quite old and you have to be able to log on to Ultimate Rewards to browse anything. Trying to decide if it's worth signing up for. Thank you!

it's easy to use.
just go with the email or cell alerts and sign up each quarter for the extra points.

i haven't checked the redemption points lately so can't answer your question.



the set up is simple, a lot easier than other cc.
go ahead and sign up.

If anyone has a Chase Freedom card, they are offering 5% cash back on theme park tickets right now. Unfortunately, it's only through the park itself, not through discounters. I'm not sure if cash back is offered on annual passes, but I'm hoping so, as I'm about to purchase mine!

Sorry, I wasn't clear! I'm not sure if it's worth signing up for the credit card itself. I already have Southwest and Disney cards so I don't really want to sign up for another Chase card unless you can still redeem points for Universal tickets at a good deal. They won't let you browse the rewards until you already have the credit card and can sign in...

i have the Chase card (2) of them and the disney visa.


for the rewards set up, Chase is much better than the Visa.


the Visa disney doesn't give you as much for your dollars spent compared to the other one.


i only use my Visa card when it is necessary for a disney charge.
my AAA gives me 15% discount while Visa is 20% on the tours and some other items.
then i go with the card that allows the better discount.

I just logged into my UR account and did a search for Universal. They only had one deal available:

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO® 1-Day Base + Park to Park Access Ticket

The 1-Day Base Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida® and Universal's Islands of Adventure® on any one (1) calendar day.

There were two price levels - 12,000 points for an adult, 11,400 points for a child.
