Last year when they offered the lounge above American Adventure was if for just Chase Credit card holders or Chase debit holders as well?
We just used the Coke machines and chatted with other folks in the lounge. The perk isn't limited to Chase Disney Credit Cards. Any Chase card qualifies. The gate keepers just need to see the chase logo on your card.
I didn't have my credit card with me, had my key to the world card. I did have a Disney Chace Rewards card. One cast member said we could not enter but just then another came up and said they must have Chase card to get that and let us in. It was a nice refreshing rest.
That was a Pixie Dust moment even though it was a common sense moment. They could have turned you away. Just a reminder to everyone to bring your card and photo ID with you. Nice to have a little get away place. I'm sure it will be open again this year.
There were 4 of us (all adults) who went in by showing one card last year. The CM who was working at the entrance said it was okay when I asked if my sister and her husband could go in as our "guests". You should be fine with 6 people and 3 cards.is there a limit to how many people can go in per credit card?
We have a party of 6, while we only have three credit card holder members going, can our party all go rest?

Chase has a lounge for card members during the Food & Wine Festival. In the past, it had been in the Festival Center (located in the old Wonders of Life Pavillion). In the past couple of years, it has relocated to the American Pavilion in the World Showcase, in an upper floor normally off limits to the general public. As previously mentioned, the entrance is located to the right of the show entrance to the American Adventure. It is marked with a small sign that most people overlook. You must show a Chase card and a form of ID to gain entrance.Hi.
I've been going to Disney for 100 years and never heard of this perk
I'm also karensi's dd and we will be going in September.
Can anyone please let me know exactly what this is and how to get there.
Thank you very much.

The lounge itself is just a place to relax, cool off and maybe recharge your phone. There are complimentary beverages (usually) as well as alcoholic beverages for purchase. There is limited, comfortable seating and a few television sets.
There are specific hours of operation (I don't think it is open in the evening) and access is limited due to fire code. You may have to wait for someone to leave before you can go up.
This is a great little perk for Chase Disney Visa cardholders! (both credit and debit)
During the Food and Wine Festival, the Chase lounge is available on the second floor of the America Pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase. You have to show the Chase card to the CM at the entrance to be admitted. Once upstairs, there is a lounge available to you that is air conditioned, has tv's on, and plenty of spots to sit and charge your phone. There are restrooms. Last year, we were able to get free refreshments from the Coke Freestyle machines, which was really nice. I believe you could purchase alcoholic drinks, but I'm not sure I'm remembering that correctly! We just used the Coke machines and chatted with other folks in the lounge.
This was really nice: it's in the perfect location! You can do half of World Showcase, then take a break in there for a little while, then do the other half.
Looking forward to enjoying this soon!!!!
Don't forget the perk of a reserved spot for Illuminations, and one other item I don't remember. It was only for certain days of the week, and availability was limited.
The lounge was a nice perk - i miss it. Nicer than the old AP lounge in the Land pavilion.
, that sounds awesome.
There were a limited number of reserved spots. You had to get them inside the lounge where Chase had a table set up to distribute tickets. The preferred viewing spot was on the side in front of Spaceship Earth. If I'm not mistaken, that spot is being used for reserved fireworks viewing under the new FP+ system. If that's the case, Chase may not be offering that perk this year."The perk of a reserved spot for Illuminations", that sounds awesome.
Could someone please explain how that would work/how we could go about getting this "reserved spot."
Thank you.
