HI! I'm new to the Chase Freedom card. I know that currently you get 5% back from Lowe's Home Improvement. Does this include purchases only or can I get the rewards for paying my Lowe's cc bill?

I believe, these are for purchases only.

You likely can NOT pay your Lowes CC with your Freedom card. In most cases you can not pay one line of credit with another.
