Chartering Air for about 120

I am taking about 120 students to the World in April for 5 days. Does anyone here have any experience chartering private airfare? I have been going every other year with my singers since 1990 and the prices coming in from commercial airlines (not SW - October 27 I will check with them) are ranging from $350- 950.

I have NEVER paid more than $240...and fuel is much cheaper than 2 years ago.

What can I expect from the private sector?

You will need to contact a commercial company such at United, Delta ect. Usually Private company's don't have planes that will hold that many people.

If you are going at the first part of APril you can expect the prices to be high as Easter is at the end of March. High airfare will carry over to the first half of April since not all schools are out the week of Easter. A lot are off before or after the holiday
