Chartered Transportation Question

If we have our event inside one of the theme parks after hours and we charter transportation, because it's required, does this mean that our guests have to stay to the end of the reception? or will the chartered buses take some guests back to their hotel if they would like to leave early?

From what I was told, they normally set up a schedule for when the buses will make trips back to the resorts. But check with your planner also. HTH!

Ok, that works. I was worried I'd have guests with tired, screaming children or elderly guests asleep in their slice of cake that would be stuck at our reception until 11pm.

I was told that we basically have the bus for 5 hours, so it can make separate trips and take people back and forth if needed.

As long as you have a chartered bus for the number of hours then I would think it could go back as you needed it to.

The charter bus can make trips back to the resorts throughout your reception up until a certain point at which it needs to stick around so it will be available when the party officially ends. We had one guest who needed to leave early, so the bus just took him back to his hotel when he was ready.
