charter schools

i went to a charter school for 9 years (since kindergarden), made a punch of friends, then graduated 8th grade this past June. Now I'm in 9th grade at a public high school. I was just wondering (im just wondering a lot today) if anyone else goes to, or knows someone who does, go to a charter school

Nope.

Personally,I don't like it.
At least the one up by us.
They just lack everything,IDK if all charter schools are like that.
They have the basics (math,reading,english,SS,science) but nothing else.
No band,no choir,no home economics.
The only after school activity is basketball.
It just seems boring.

mine has a chorus, we'd put on a christmas and spring concert and a musical
they also have a jazz/rock ensemble which is like a school band

we'd have soccer, whiffle ball, and volley ball teams within the school
no basketball though

for other classes there's art, music, health, gym, and portuguese
you have to take all classes until 8th grade and can't choose classes
and you go with your homeroom to every class

i enjoyed it, but i also enjoy the freedom and choice of public school
especially no uniforms

Yeah what is a charter school i dont think they have them where i live so i dont know what they are...

One of my close friends goes to a charter school.
He says its really little and everyone knows everyone.
I personally wouldnt like to go to one.
