Charming Events floral minimum

I've been playing around with my wishbook a lot lately as the time for us to sign our contract gets closer, and it's really starting to bother me how high our floral cost through disney is getting. It's over $3000 right now with my bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets (most likely only going to need 4 though), about 10 boutonnieres, 4 corsages and some ice bucket aisle arrangements that would also be centerpieces at the reception (my mom's idea, not so much mine...) and a unity candle flower arrangement. I know wedding flowers are expensive, but i've heard a lot about charming events and I was just wondering how their prices compare. I would love to have more and different floral, but with our budget there isn't any money for it. Also, I thought I remembered there being a minimum that you had to meet in order to get floral through them, can anyone tell me if this is true and what that minimum is? Thanks!

yes, the floral minimum is $3K for Charming Events because she dedicates the entire day to YOUR wedding.

this being said, you get alot more for your $$$ with Emily. She is providing the floral for my wedding and when I compared the prices with Disney floral, I am saving almost $1,000.

If you have the $3K budget, then I highly recommend CHarming Events.
Emily is a MAJOR sweetheart too

I also used Emily at Charmin Events. I highly recommend her. She defn worked with our budget and came through when I needed to add a few things last minute. She did out bouts, bouquets, nosegays for mom/stepmom, flower petal cones, rose petal aisle, added petals & set up our centerpieces that we made, and her price on linens & chair covers was half of what Disney charges.

Just food for thought but you don't have to go by the wishbook. Disney floral is really good about working with you on staying within your budget. You may be surprised at how much less expensive it is to just remove a few flowers from each bouquet!

also remember what is on the wish book is the top end of items available. before you make a final decision, you should wait to talk to your wp

I used Emily for our wedding in May. She did an amazing job and came in much cheaper than Disney by offering alternatives based I what I wanted. I did meet with Disney Floral and explained what I wanted and got my proposal from them They were $1500 higher than what I was doing through Emily. With Emily she did all table linens and chair covers, TALL centerpices (not the cheesy small ones Disney kept offering to do for almost the same price) our alter arrangement, sweetheart table, my bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquests, 8 bouts (including the grooms with mickey crystals) plus 2 corsages and a nosegay for under $3500. The colors were amazing and I could not have been any happier. She was great to work with, since I really didn't have a clear "vision" and only had ideas of what I did and did not like

Aww...your colors are nearly the same as mine! Now I want blue/white chair covers and cloths at my reception lol. It looked so beautiful!
