I know...am watching this and it's a train wreck.

I think his Ex wife Brooke was in rehab for a few months right after they were born. I think she has her own issues but it's not as public as his issues.

Interesting how in all of this Denise Richards is looking like the smart/sane one.

I know in the past they had said that he was always professional and showed up at work when he was supposed to be there so they didn't care what he did outside of work.

I don't know why it's such a big issue. He isn't really that important. A lot of people do very similar things in their ow lives, just on a smaller scale because they don't have as much money as he does. If he wants to throw his life away, while I'd prefer he do it outside of the spotlight, it's really none of my business.

While I don't agree with the things that he's doing, I don't think it's right for me to ridicule him. Everyone has their own journey to go through in life. This is his.

I was watching O'Reily tonight and they showed an interveiw clip of him and from what my parents were saying I think Sheen is slowly day by day losing his head, I love the guy and the films that he has done but it seems as though its slipping away from him and its really sad to see it happening, I can only hope for the best

He lost custody with the RO(it was on the news this morning) ....they gave his ex wife the kids! I do not think SHE should have them either!! he may being going nuts but she IS a drug user for sure...they should just give the kids to denise richards lol

TMZ broke the story ... Brooke's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Charlie, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Charlie to surrender their twin boys -- Bob and Max -- to Brooke while the TRO remains in effect.

Police removed the twins from Charlie's house late Tuesday.

According to legal docs, Brooke also claims ... on February 23 Charlie threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Brooke's eye.

Today's hearing was held without notice to Charlie -- his lawyers were not present.

Brooke's lawyer confessed to the court ... Brooke is currently in a "day treatment" facility for substance abuse. She says she will see the kids for around 4 hours a day while the TRO is in effect and her mom will provide care for the rest of the day.

Sources tell TMZ Charlie's team is furious that the order was issued and plans to go to court tomorrow in an attempt to undo it.

Charlie twittered Tuesday night, "My sons are fine ... My path is now clear .... Defeat is not an option

Although the twins were removed from his custody last night, GMA reported that Denise Richards went to the mansion to check on her daughters and they are still with Charlie.

I watched enough last night in about 10 minutes. It makes me wonder if he's got a problem or if he really thinks everything is ok and great. I loved Charlie, but I've lost all respect for him. I just can't believe it, so weird. As I was watching, I kept thinking they'd find him dead soon. Like this is his last stand. Just odd?!
