We once discovered someone else's meals had been charged to our dining plan. Really weird, too, since this was before you could use dining plan credits for guests not staying on your reservation. There was a kid's meal, and we had only the two of us on our dining plan.

It only happened to us once but that's enough times, we were charged twice for a buffet meal for the 4 of us. We use discounted GCs, so I always payoff our room charges every 2-3 days and get a printout then to check. Found the mistake the following day and they handled it right then. I normally go to the desk in the morning or after the parks and it doesn't take long and it's not a hassle at all. I much rather look at a printout over using my phone.
