Charging to key card

I know you can charge merchandise to your key card, but can you charge counter service food and items from the street vendors at the parks?

Most street vendors and restaurants take credit cards, so you can charge stuff when you're at those places. You can't use your room key when you buy stuff that accepts cash only, like the people who wander around shows like Beetlejuice selling sodas and cotton candy.
