Charging on key to the world card

Of course. When you check in you give a credit card for your Key to the World Card charges. Any charges you make on the KTTW are then applied to your credit card. If you want during your stay you can check the status of your charges and then pay them with cash or leave the charges on credit card and all the charges will be placed on that credit card.;)

Yes even though you are "renting" points you are treated like a regular guest and have similar rights (almost...). I dont think it is done often at all but I believe the owners can prevent guest from posting a credit card to the room.

Owners can not block a renter from room charging privileges. It is part of the onsite Disney experience.

I sure hope they fixed the possibility of the owner being charged the charges on the owners credit card. I read about something like this happening in the past. The owner found out at a later date charges were never paid by the renter. Something weird to that effect.

The owners CC was not charged, the renters charges were refused by the CC company. The owner that rented out the reservation was blocked from making reservations due to the unpaid room charges.

I wasn't sure the exact situation.Still feel there are risk such as in renting out points. I would hate to end up responsible for someone else's trip charges
